Many of us developed our profession back at University: teaching, accounting, nursing. However we didn't think or do much about leadership. But here we are. We have it, and want to do it well.
It's at this stage Leaders Cafe can make things easier for you. Our Leadership courses meet regularly over the year. We discuss relevant topics in a small supportive group in a cafe. Resources, helpful books and websites are shared.
Leaders Cafe has two different types of services. New and emerging leaders should enroll in the small group courses. There are several different time slots and venues to choose from. They are designed to fit in with your other regular meetings. (Of course, experienced leaders are also welcome!)
The Personal Leadership 1-1 services are useful for supporting leaders to understand themselves and their teams better. Appointments can be made to suit your timetable.
